Terms & Conditions

General
In these conditions:
(a) “The Buyer” means the person, firm or company who accepts a quotation from the Seller for sale of the goods or whose order for the goods is accepted by the Seller.
(b) “The Seller” means Rouge Europe is registered in Portugal.

(c) “The Goods” means the goods and or materials as set out on the website.
(d) The Contract between the Seller and the Buyer shall be subject to these conditions which shall govern the said Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted or any order is made or purported to be made by the Buyer.
(e) The Contract between the Seller and the Buyer does not affect the Buyers statutory rights
(f) No variations of these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by a Director of the Seller.
(g) Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, list price, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller.
(h) The headings in these conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
(i) If any provision of these conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.

 

Must Be 18+ Years of Age
Making any purchase from the Rouge Europe website confirms that you are 18 years of age or above and old enough to be in possession of our goods.

 

​Delivery
Larger or heavier deliveries may be requiring a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. 

Courier Service will hold parcel for few days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re-send your order, we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order, we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods 2 to 3 working days. We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Items ordered are sent Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays, Saturday, and Sunday.

Orders outside of mainland Portugal are unlikely to arrive next working day.

Portugal mainland Orders: please allow 2-5 days, depending on the destination.
European orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days
Rest of the World 7 to 10 working days.

Tracking your order: Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when we dispatch your order.

 

​Terms of Payment
Payment can be made by (a) Bank transfer, all major Credit Cards and PayPal.
You can order through our website.  If you pay by credit card, we will dispatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.

​Orders placed and paid for by 12pm will be dispatched within next working days, orders are shipped on a next working day delivery.

 

​How Can I Pay for My Order?
We accept payment by all major Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. 

 

​What Are the Shipping Charges?
Next day delivery by courier CTT or DPD for GLS €5.95 (T&C's apply). Shipping charges may vary depending on the Country and location. Some European and rest of the World orders are charged per weight please select and confirm exact shipping address when you reach the checkout and we will calculate the exact shipping cost for your specific order, alternatively please contact for a quote before placing your order.

 

​Competitions 
Social Media Competitions will run on multiple social media platforms.
Participation may vary with each social media site and is restricted to Portugal residents 18 year of age and over.
Winner will need to reply within 48 hours otherwise the prize will be given to the other entrant. Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
We reserve the right to withdraw any competition at any time. By entering on Rouge Europe social media competitions, you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions.

 

Limits of Contract
Orders placed on www.rougewholesale.eu site for goods are subject to acceptance and availability. Rouge Europe may decide to cancel orders at any time.

No contract will exist between the Buyer and the Seller until your shipment has been dispatched.

The Seller is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent. We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research, and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services.

We only use your information to provide information you’ve requested through Newsletter. Your personal details are never shared or passed to any third party. 
You can opt out from mailing by unsubscribing from it. We take the security of our customer data very seriously and employ latest internet security features such as https to ensure its safety.

 

Returns Policy
You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) by contacting Rouge Europe within 14 days and return item back within 30 days if the product is unopened, unworn, or unused. 

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Rouge Europe as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Please make sure you have received the product you ordered and it’s working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or a problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.

You can return your order to us within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must not be opened or used and returned in their original packaging.

If the returned items are defective, you must send them back to us at your own expenses and we will only issue a refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been damaged. We aim to refund you in 7 days upon receipt of the returned goods.

​The buyer will have to go back at the point of purchase. For all Refunds or Exchanges from any website or stores sale, other than directly from Rouge Europe.

 

​Vouchers, Discounts and Offers
All offers and discounts are subject to stock in hand basis.
From time to time we will run promotions which offer discount codes and incentives. These promotions are not to be used in conjunction with each other and you can find our discount code entry feature on the shopping cart when placing your order. Rouge Europe reserves the right to end offers at any time.

 

​Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or failing to perform any of the Seller’s obligations in relation to the goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Seller’s control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any act of God, war, strikes, flood, lockouts, fire, tempest, and inability of the Seller to procure materials or articles required for the performance of the contract which may prevent the fulfilment thereof shall be regarded as causes beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. In the event of any failure or delay to perform any contract as a result of the said causes such contracts, at the Seller discretion, may be varied or cancelled by the Seller or delivery may be wholly or partly suspended and time for delivery may be extended by the Seller without the Seller being liable to the Buyer or being deemed to be in breach of contract.

 

​Disclaimer
All orders of products on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. The seller may choose to cancel your order.

The Seller is not in any contract with the Buyer until the order has been dispatched.

All our products sold through the Rouge Europe website are sold as novelty items. The seller, Rouge Europe cannot be held responsible for injury caused by misuse or mishandling.

Items on the Rouge Europe, website may differ slightly sometimes by colour or their packaging. Rouge Europe cannot he held responsible for errors or any interruption on the site.

 

Cancellations
No order accepted by the Seller can be cancelled without the Seller’s consent in writing (or by e-mail correspondence).​

 

​Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
From the date you first use and make purchase on www.rougewholesale.eu site you are accepting our terms and conditions.
The Terms and Condition do not affect your statutory right.
